Delete your Fairway account

For Fairway: Golf Swing Analyzer, on iPhone and Android.

In the app

1. Open Fairway and tap your profile picture at the top right of the Home screen.
2. Scroll down your profile and tap Delete account, just above Log out.
3. Confirm. Your account is deleted straight away and you are signed out.

Without the app

If you no longer have Fairway installed, email apps@robertmardall.com with the subject “Delete my Fairway account”. Send it from the email address on your account, or tell us how you signed in (Apple, Google or email) and the address you used, so we can find it. We will confirm once your account has been deleted, within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your account: name, email address, and your Apple or Google sign-in link
• Your profile: photo, gender, goals, height and weight
• Every swing: the videos, body tracking data, scores and stats
• Your progress and achievements

What is kept

Analytics data is kept only in a form that is no longer linked to you. We may keep limited records where we need to for legal, tax or accounting reasons. Everything else is removed from our systems within 30 days. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel a Fairway Pro subscription. Cancel it first in your store account: App Store or Google Play.
